Participation is powerful!

The power of public spaces like Overley-Worman Park lies in the hands of those who actively participate in their planning, activation, and maintenance. This organization seeks to align the interests and efforts of individuals and organizations that care about parks in Zionsville and believe that the long-term success of OWP is critical to our town’s overall quality of life.

About the Park.

Overley-Worman Park is envisioned to be a premier nature-based park space that will provide visitors of all ages and abilities with a combination of both active and passive recreational experiences. Some of the proposed amenities, such as the mountain bike trails and disc golf course, will be found no where else in Zionsville.

“The longer I study U.S. parks, the more I see how essential friends-of-parks groups are. Partnerships with neighbors, businesses, and nonprofits are key.
